Olympic Peninsula Striders (OPS) began in 2026 as a way for local athletes to work with coaches on track and field events over the summer after regular high school and middle school seasons ended. Practices take place two days per week during June and July in Sequim, Washington at the Sequim High School. Club members may compete in all-comer's meets and USA Track and Field (USATF) sanctioned meets, such as the NIKE Outdoor Nationals in Eugene, Oregon.
Club members must join USATF as individulals and request association with the OPS club. If they are already USATF members but not part of this club, they may request a transfer to join the OPS Club.
